Albertsons Media Collective, the grocery company’s retail media arm, has onboarded three new senior executives in the past two weeks.
On Monday, the company announced Julian Mintz as its new vice president of sales.
Mintz brings more than 15 years of experience to the company’s retail media network, most recently serving as head of U.S. ad sales for Roku for nearly nine years, according to his LinkedIn profile. He also worked as a sales director for Set by Conversant, as senior director of sales for Defy Media and as a sales director for Alloy Digital.
Albertsons said Mintz’s experience in emerging media platforms, first-party data and measurement, mixed media strategies and custom content curation will elevate its network’s retail media offerings, specifically Collective TV, which the grocer has been working in recent months to grow.
Last week, Albertsons Media Collective onboarded Sean Quick as its new vice president of commercial strategy and Brian Watkins as senior director of business operations.
Quick will oversee overall growth for the grocer’s retail media network and joins the company with more than 13 years of experience at Yahoo, according to an emailed press release.
Meanwhile, Watkins will lead operational efficiencies across the team. Prior to joining Albertsons, Watkins spent nearly 11 years with Oracle, serving in numerous positions such as vice president of revenue operations, business intelligence and commercialization and senior director of business intelligence and revenue operations, per his LinkedIn page.
