Whole Foods Market stores nationwide will now accept label free, box free returns of Zappos.com orders.
Shoppers can begin the return process in their Zappos account to find out if their order qualifies for the service, according to a Thursday press release. They then bring items in their original manufacturer packaging to a local Whole Foods’ customer service desk or pickup and return kiosk.
The service is in addition to Zappos’ ongoing free return policy that allows for return shipping from anywhere in the U.S. within one year of purchase.
The shoe and apparel retailer is a subsidiary of Amazon.
Amazon customers can already return their orders at Whole Foods and Amazon Fresh locations, as well as Kohl’s department stores.
