RSA America is a privately-held company that began with the note-worthy entrepreneurial spirit of our 3 visionary Co-founders – Ravi Achanta (Chief Executive Officer), Rob Belcore (Chief Customer Officer), and Rao Achanta (Chief Technology Officer) who brought all their experience, knowledge, education and skills to establish RSA.
In honor of our 10th Anniversary, our 3 Co-founders have shared their vision, the journey during the past 10 years, and where they see RSA going in the future -
Rao Achanta: We founded the company with the vision of equipping independent grocers with accessible digital capabilities to enhance their competitive edge. Some of our proudest moments include delivering an end-to-end solution—comprising mobile apps, a website, a promotional management portal, and an analytical system—to one of our smallest customers, enabling them to compete with big box retailers. This included executing loyalty programs, integrating manufacturer coupons, and streamlining the process of creating customer segments and offers. Another significant achievement was boarding our largest customer and successfully going live in just a few weeks. Our future vision is to place personalization at the heart of our solution, ensuring every individual shopper feels uniquely valued. We aim to empower our grocers with cutting-edge analytics and actionable insights, powered by machine learning and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, we're committed to fully automating loyalty and promotional campaigns, streamlining these processes for efficiency and impact.
Rob Belcore: RSA America was started because of the growing technology gap between grocers and their major competitors. When national chains were making millions of dollars of investments in developing the new wave of marketing and promotional technology so did the co-founders at RSA America. We didn’t buy into the industry we built for the industry. We are proud to have built a company that supports our retailers. We are very proud of the fact that 10 years later we are still known as the company that works with their retailers to see through their success. This is what has always made us unique and always will. The future of RSA is exciting! We are not only continuing our history of investment in product evolution, with recent investments in Gen AI, but also, we have some exciting acquisitions on the horizon that will continue to help us solve problems for small business owners.
