Its latest bundle of “Coming Soon!” announcements made on Friday includes stores in Paso Robles and Anaheim Hills, California; Spokane Valley and Seattle, Washington; Oswego, Illinois; West Orange, New Jersey; Lafayette, Louisiana; and Herriman, Utah.
Earlier last week, Trader Joe’s announced plans for upcoming stores in Orlando and Reading, Massachusetts.
In February, Trader Joe’s unveiled plans for seven upcoming stores. Locations include Merriam, Kansas; Mandeville, Louisiana; West Palm Beach, Florida; Tucson, Arizona; Woodinville, Washington; New Orleans; and Johns Creek, Georgia.
As of Tuesday, Trader Joe’s website does not list opening days or times for any of these 17 upcoming locations, although the retailer typically announces store openings separately.
Two new Trader Joe’s locations have opened so far this year — one in Miller Place, New York, and another in Hamden, Connecticut. Both locations were announced last year and opened in early February.
The newly opened and soon-to-open Trader Joe’s stores announced so far for 2026 are located in states where the grocer already has a presence.
